How to create an Event Advocacy Poster

In this article we'll take you through the steps of creating Advocacy Poster. Advocacy posters are marketing posters that your attendees/Speakers/Sponsors or anyone associated with your event is able to share on their Social Media which promotes your event and your brand. 

You can follow this video or the steps below set up your advocacy posters.

Follow these simple steps and you're all set. If you have already enabled Advocacy posters, head to step 5.

1. Log in to your premagic app on your browser, head over to events, open the event for which you want the advocacy posters.

2. On the top right corner, you will find three dots, click on it and open setting.

3. Under event marketing, enable advocacy poster. If you'd wish for a notification to be sent out from premagic to all the guests after their registration, you can also enable "Send Advocacy poster notification after registration" 

4. Once this is done, Click on the Advocacy poster tab. Click on "+Poster" and start creating your poster.

5. Once you've filled in all the details in the form, click on add. It will take you the design page. In the design page you can do the following changes:

1. In the Widgets space, add any other widget/component you might want to add to the poster by clicking on "+Widget"
   
2. To upload the back ground Image, which will be your poster, Click on background in the widgets list. Click on select and choose the file from your system. Select the file and save it.
   
   
3. All the items on the poster can be dragged and placed in the desired position. Once you have set them in the right positions. Click on preview on the top right corner.
   
   
4. It will take you to a page, share the URL of this page with your attendees for them to share the posters on to their Social Media.
