How to share the event advocacy poster on LinkedIn?

Step 1: Go the the poster link shared by the host

If you haven't shared a link already, you need to check with your event host. Your event host can share the Event Advocacy Poster link with you. Click on this link to have an experience of a sample URL.


Step 2: Click on "Create Poster Using LinkedIn" button

The event advocacy poster url lets you create the poster using LinkedIn. Click on "Create Poster Using LinkedIn" to fetch the profile picture, name and designation from LinkedIn.


Once you click on this, the page will ask you to login to your LinkedIn account. Kindly log in.



Step 3: Click on "Edit" button to add your Company Name

Currently, LinkedIn does not allow external sites to fetch this information. If you would like to add you company name, then click on the "Edit" button on bottom right of the poster and enter your company name.


Company name is still not showing up?

This happens when your host does not want this information on the poster. You can proceed to the next step in this case. 


Step 4: Click on "Share" button

Click on the"Share" button on the following page to share it directly on your linkedIn handle. You can also edit the caption before sharing.
