This article  will help you to understand how to create a Proposal in Premagic.

For that open the Premagic web application and follow the path  mentioned:

Settings → Proposal management → Add proposal template

Click on ‘add proposal template’ and give a name for the proposal template. [You can create different proposal templates for different events.]

You will be redirected to a new page and in that you could add different sides by clicking on the SLIDE [left bottom of the screen]. Currently, we are having 6 different slide layouts.

Different slide layouts are:

  • Welcome Splash

  • Blank Slide

  • Package

  • Equipments

  • Testimonials

  • Accept Slide

Welcome Splash : In this slide you could add your company name, change font and add background photos, videos as you wish.

Blank Slide : As in the name itself, this is a blank slide in which you can add anything that you like. For instance, you could add your team details like how many photographers, videographers etc will be there for the event.

Package : In this slide, you could add your whole package details for an event.

You can change font, edit title, adjust size, customise background and add the amount for different events in the package by clicking on ITEM → add new invoice item.

Add the event name and set a type from the drop-down and click on ‘Add’.

Now click on ‘Set values for’ and add the amount which you want to set for the event.

Equipment : You can add the tool details in this slide. Equipment like Camera, Lights etc.

Testimonials : You can include your customer feedback about your company.

Accept Slide : In this slide your client  has a provision to ‘Request changes’ in the proposal, ‘Accept’ the proposal, and ‘Reject’ the proposal.

If your client clicks on "Accept" for the proposal, they need to draw their own signature on the displayed screen pad. Once they've drawn their signature and clicked "Accept" again, it confirms that they're willing to accept the package

If you click on Request changes then a screen will be opened and in that you can mention the changes and click on request.

After making the changes, you can again share the proposal with your client.

If you click on ‘Reject’  enter the reason for rejecting the proposal.

For setting the proposal expiry date and sharing the proposal to your clients, you need to first assign a proposal for an event in the web application.

Path: Events → select the event to which the proposal need to be added  → proposal

Click on ‘edit’ then you will be able to view the proposal which you have assigned to the event.

On the right top side of the screen, you have ‘Preview’ and ‘Share’ option.

If you want to set expiry date for the proposal then click on ‘Share’ then you can see a drop-down for ‘expiry’, select a value from drop-down and share it with clients.

If the expiry date is not set, then the clients can only see the proposal for a day.

If you want to preview the proposal then click on ‘preview’ and if you want to share this proposal with clients then click on ‘share’.

The clients will receive the proposal through email and whatsapp.

The comments added by the clients can be viewed here.So after making changes in the proposal you can again share this proposal with your client.
