Can I format my system without data loss?

We store the application data at the OS level(In windows it will inside the Program Files), So if you format the OS folder, you will lose the data! But you can backup and restore this data. 

Or if you have accidentally lost, you write to support@premagic.com, we will recreate the app data and share it with you in 2-3 business days.

How to backup Premagic app data

1. Copy all the app data from view app data under the view tab to a safe place
   
   
   
   

How to Restore Premagic app data

1. Open Premagic and click on View app data under the view tab, it will open the file explorer
2. Close Premagic 
3. Unzip and replace the files from the attachment to this folder.
4. Open Premagic, you should see your data
