We store the application data at the OS level(In windows it will inside the Program Files), So if you format the OS folder, you will lose the data! But you can backup and restore this data.
Formatted my machine
If you have accidentally lost, you write to support@premagic.com, we will recreate the app data and share it with you in 2-3 business days.
After you have received the data follow these steps
- Make sure you have the latest version of Premagic, You can download it from premagic.com
- Open Premagic and click on View app data under the view tab, it will open the file explorer.
You will be able to view files Clients, folders, images, projects & settings
- Close Premagic
- Download your Premagic app data from the attachment and replace the files to this folder.
Note: It should replace these Clients, folders, images, projects & settings files.
You can also view the selected photos on you Premagic web application
- Open app.premagic.com
- Login to your account
- Select Project from the sidebar and select the project
- Click view selected photos to view all the selected photos,
