Issue Description
The user has reported facing difficulties while uploading photos. It is unclear as to what exactly is causing the issue. However, the user has reported that the upload process is taking longer than usual or is not stuck on the upload page.
Troubleshooting Steps
Before troubleshooting please ensure you're using the latest version of the app and if you are a MacBook user, you are on the latest OS version.
- The first step to resolve this issue is to check the internet connection. Poor connectivity can cause delays in the upload process and result in errors. Try checking internet speed on fast.com , if the upload speed is higher than 10Mbps, you are good to go.
- Check for pending tasks. On the Premagic App on your desktop, go to view → Advance settings → Queues -> Clear all pending tasks. Try uploading now.
- Clear app data. Go to Premagic App on your desktop → File → Reset and Erase App Data (Do not worry, this will not delete your projects or pictures, it will only delete cache data of the app) Press on Ok, Erase all data.
- It is recommended to try uploading the file on a different device/system to identify if the issue is specific to a particular device or the picture. Update may not work if the photo is corrupted.
- Disable firewall and try again.
