Signature Album Quality Issue
There seems to be an issue with the quality of the photos? The photos are blurry and pixelated? We suspect that this issue may have occurred during the upload or download process. Here is what you can do to fix this:
Check the upload quality. There are two ways to do it:
Web App:
Head over to web app, go to settings → Signature Album & Selection Folder You will find ‘Upload Settings’
Click on ‘EDIT’.
You will find 4 different options for the Upload quality. You can select ‘original resolution’ for better and optimized quality, this will give your original quality picture but removes some of the unwanted pixels in the picture - which will reduce the size of the file but retain the photo quality.
Desktop App:
Open the desktop app. On the top right corner you will find View → Advance Settings.
Click on ‘Edit’ under Signature album upload quality.
Follow step 3. from above module.
Now, check download quality:
Download quality by default happens in the same resolution as upload quality. You can change the download for single picture downloads. This can be done only from web app.
Head over to web app, go to settings → Signature Album & Selection Folder → You will find a drop down under download settings. Click on the drop down.
You will find four options. Choose the quality that is required by you and your client.
This should help you get your pictures in the desired quality.
