Adding a team member

We know you have team members and collaborators to make your work interesting and flawless. Did you know that you can add them to you team on Premagic app and make your workflow easier? Read the article below to find out how. 

1. Once you log in to Premagic Web App go to Setting. Under setting go to Users tab. On the top right corner you will find a button "Add a team member". Click on that. 

2.  You will have to fill up details such as name, phone number and email id. You then have to choose the role of the this team member depending on which they will be able to access parts of the application and project. 

Owner: The owner of the account will have access to the whole Premagic app.

Super Admin: They will also have access to everything on the Premagic App. Except they are not the owners of the account.

Accountant: They will have access only to the financials and event details. They won't be able to view albums, insights, leads or settings.

Manager: They will have access to manage events - edit and modify and access to financials. They will not have access to any other tab or financial reports.

Event Operator: They will have access to Manage events - edit and modify but not access to the event financials or any other tab on the app.

Employee - They will have access only to those events to which they are assigned to.

External Member - They will not have access to anything on the app except for the event details. They will receive notifications about the event through Whatsapp and mail.

3. Once you've selected the role, you have to select their skill depending on the role they've been assigned for: 

4. Once you've filled in all this information - click on "Invite team member". Tada! They will immediately get a notification on phone and mail to join the team and log into the account. They will be able to see relevant information based on the role assigned as mentioned above.
