Not able to save photos

When you click on the save photos, the selected photos get saved in the backup location specified during installation. You can change the backup location the view-> Advance settings -> App Settings





Save photos will not work in the following cases


  1. If Premagic doesn't have permission to write the saved photos to the backup location

  2. There is no space a the Backup location

    Verify if the backup location has enough space to store the photos

  3. The project name is too long
    In some Windows versions, if the save path is too long then Windows OS will error out.
    Rename the project name to a smaller name and try again

  4. Check if there is space after the project name
    In some Windows versions, if there are spaces after the project name or folder name, the save photos will fail.

    Rename the project name/folder name without the space at the end
