How to create a Digital Invite

This article will help you to understand how to create a 'digital invite' in Premagic.

For creating digital invite, open Premagic web application and follow the path:

Event → Add Event

When you click on ‘Add event’, you will be redirected to another page. Fill the details on that page and click on ‘Save’.

Then you will be able to see add ‘occasion’ for the event, add the details and click on ‘Add Occasion’.

Now you will be able to see the details you have filled for your client.

For viewing the digital invitation, go to ‘details’.

Path : Event → select details option, then you can see a link for viewing the digital invitation .

You can even edit the font, themes, add photos and wishes etc in the digital invitation. For editing, go to ‘Deliverable’ in that click on ‘Edit micro-site’ 

Then you can view a page to ‘edit micro-site’ and an ‘Advance edit’ option. 

Click on ‘Advance edit’, from this option you would be able to edit all the fields like details, occasion,additional details and customisation. 

Edit customisation for changing the theme.

Laguna : This theme is used as a standard theme.

Baikal : We can add background photos like couple photos in this theme.

Bled : Religious themes can be added only from this theme from ‘Religious clip art’ drop-down

After setting the theme, click on ‘open’ which is shown on the right side of the screen. You will be able to view the digital invitation you have created for your client.

You can add Thumbnail, a couple photo to the digital invitation you have created for your client.

Thumbnail : It will be displayed when you share a digital invitation link to your clients through mail and whatsapp.

Couple photos: We  have two type of couple photos;

The photos uploaded in ‘Couple photo’ is for mobile phone view and the photo uploaded in ‘Couple photo large’ is for desktop view.

You can even add a mini gallery in the digital invite if the customisation theme is ‘Bled’. You can upload photos under 5 MB of file size  in ‘mini gallery’. Photos uploaded in 'mini gallery' can be viewed in 'digital invite'.

You can share this to your clients by clicking on ‘share’ option near edit micro-site. Through whatsapp and by email, your clients will receive a notification to check the digital invitation.
