Did you know, on Premagic you can not only bring your projects to life with photo uploads, AI delivery but also manage your accounts and financials easily?

In this article we show you how to add financials to your project.

After adding the client details and occasion to your event, you can add financial details.
Premagic also allows you to share these details with the client for ease of communication.

This how you can access it, on your web application head over to Events → Select the Event → Financials

You can set a Quote amount and save it.

Then, ‘add client payment’ details in which the client is going to pay the amount. We have different payment splits available.

If the client wants to settle the payment by three times, then you need to select the option ‘split by 3 parts’ from the drop-down and the total amount will be split into three parts. Otherwise you can also select ‘single payment’ or ‘split by 2’.

You can change the amount or percentage split for each amount, include tax and click on ‘save’.

Click on ‘Mark as paid’ if the client made the payment and a notification will be sent to your client's mail and WhatsApp by stating ‘We have received the payment of INR ___ towards Advance payment’.

If you want to add more payment details or one more payment split, you can click on ‘Add’ and fill the details and click on ‘add’.

This newly added payment details will be displayed in the ‘ Client payments’ list. After payment, you can ‘mark as paid’ or you can even delete any split if it's not required.

For deleting split, click on the payment option and select ‘delete’. The deleted payment cannot be reverted again.

If you click on ‘INVOICE’ you will be able to see all the payment details, client details, your company profile details, you can even add ‘terms and conditions’ by clicking on the ‘Add a note’.

You even see your company name as a watermark in the print. So when you give invoice print to your client, it will look like a provisional work.
