Registration form and Customization

What happens after your guest scans the QR code?

The process is very simple from here. When the person scans a QR code, a registration link opens up, where the person registering has to give in simple details: 

1. Name
2. Email ID (Optional)
3. Phone number (It is a mandatory field as they will receive notifications on this number)
4. Click on Take a Selfie. Make sure you give your browser permission to click a picture.  

We need these details to send the face matched images to the people registering.
When the person registers, they will get a notification on their registered number and email ID stating that they have registered and that they will get notified once the photographer has uploaded pictures. 

Once the picture are uploaded to your gallery, the pictures get scanned and the notifications for their albums are sent out to registered people on their registered phone number and email ID.

Customizing Registration form:

Premagic also allows you to customize the fields you enter into the registration form.
Log in to the Web App → Events → select the event -> Details -> Click on edit Public Event Page:

Click on Advance Edit:

Head over to Event Registrations, you will find a bunch of options to customize. 

Note: Name, Email and WhatsApp Number and selfie are set by default and you can change them.

You can click on '+field' and add more fields.

1. Add Label Name
2. Select the Type of the field by click on the dropdown and choosing from the list. 
3. You can also select the placement of the this label, i.e., if it has to be the first question or second or third and so on..  on the registration.

You can also edit these custom fields once added. The pencil mark allows you to edit and when you click on the three dots, you get an option to delete.

You also edit the registration Footnote where we take the consent on the person registering. This displayed right beneath the selfie button on the registration form.
